Project Notes: The Pace Pool House is a 1-story guest house in the high-end residential neighborhood of Atherton, CA featuring big paper-thin cantilevers creating sleek horizontal linework.  Constructed with 6 inch wide flange steel beams, the big spans and long cantilevers utilized major camber to ensure the finished structure settled out to dead flat.
