Project Notes: The Springs Living is an assisted living facility under construction in Lake Oswego, Oregon. A water feature consisting of ponds, water falls, and rockery walls features prominently at the main entrance. SFA Design Group provided design and construction drawings for the water feature. Reinforced concrete retaining walls employing shotcrete construction are employed for this project.
