SFA personnel will come to the site to gather information required to perform the engineering for your project. They will evaluate the condition and size of the foundation, take elevation readings, identify cracks, and try to diagnose sources of the settlements observed. The engineer uses all of this information to provide you with a recommended fix for your foundation. The recommendation will show product types, any necessary lateral components, and product spacing. You can then use the report to finalize your repair with your foundation contractor. The conditions report is not a permit document.
