Project Notes: This 9-building complex of 3 to 4-story buildings and an ambitious leasing office was a great success for low-cost but high-quality living. Early coordination on maximizing structural efficiency made construction simple and quick. The clubhouse featured tall vaulted areas accented with large reclaimed timbers forming tie-rod collar-tied trusses.
